You can order directly from us using the online catalog which is powered by Paypal or by regular mail (with a personal check or money order).  Rafter-four Designs has been providing mail order books and supplies for traditional rug makers since 1984. If you have any questions about any of the products we sell, feel free to ask. We can usually answer by the next business day. Please note that when you order from us your name does not go on a mailing list--we do not send out mass, unsolicited mailings, nor emails-- and we will not sell your name to any one else for any reason! 

Please include your mailing address in any correspondence so that if we cannot contact you by email, we can at least answer your question by mail. Many small URL's are becoming overloaded with spam and our responses are simply not getting through. Also, please check that you haven't blocked our answer. Especially earthlink subscribers should put our email address on their accept-list or our response will not get through. 

Our Free Catalog
Because of increased production costs and postage rates, we've had to suspend printing/shipping our catalog/magazine. Instead, we will mail out a free copy of our current pricelist and a printed order form to addresses in North America.  Just e-mail us with your regular mailing address. 

Regular Mail Orders:
If you've been browsing the Rag Rugs Tour, no doubt you've seen several items of interest. For quick reference and ordering by mail just print out our current product list, with all of the information you need to place an order. Mark on the list which items you'd like, and be sure to add the appropriate shipping charge. Enclose your name, address and payment. You can pay for your mail order by check or money order (please do not send cash). Orders are sent by priority mail shipping to US addresses. 

IDAHO RESIDENTS: Be sure to add 6% sales tax. 

On-line Ordering with Paypal:
You can click on the CATALOG button at the top of the any page to go to our online catalog which has a shopping cart powered by Paypal.  If you have a special order, you can order by email and request a Paypal invoice. For on-line Ordering- send us an e-mail with your name, address, daytime phone, and a list of all of the items you would like to order. We will calculate the cost, shipping and any credits you have earned, and respond via email with the total. 
Then you can pay for your online order with the secure PayPal service.
This is a secure online service that lets you pay for a purchase with credit cards or through a bank account and they will let us know that it has been made. We usually ship with two business days of receiving payment. The PayPal service is at https://www.paypal.com (For those who are familiar with PayPal, payments are made to our regular email address-- info@rugmakershomestead.com)  Please note that if you want us to send you a Paypal invoice, you need to let us know.

Note that there is only ONE shipping charge per order, not a shipping charge for each item. In the US, the shipping charge is a flat $5.00 for priority mail service and does not increase for large or heavy items. Orders outside the US, actual shipping charges apply.
